Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?
Yes. Emergency heat and AC repair is available 24/7. Standard business hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm; calls outside those hours go to our emergency dispatch line.
How much does a service call cost?
A standard service call and diagnostic is $89, credited toward any approved repair. After-hours emergency calls are billed at $189/hr.
What is included in the Comfort Club plan?
Comfort Club is $19/month (billed annually at $228) and includes 2 tune-ups per year, priority dispatch, 15% off repairs and parts, no overtime fees, and up to 4 free filter changes per year.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Yes. Superagent HVAC is fully licensed and insured, license #C20-987654, and technicians are EPA certified and NATE trained.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, 0% APR financing for 12 months is available on qualifying installations. We also offer a 10% senior and military discount on labor for any service.
